Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Cisco Suppliers, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before completing any purchase.

Last updated: May 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions between Cisco Suppliers (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any business or individual (“Buyer”, “you”) that places an order for hardware products through our website at cisco-suppliers.com, by email, or via any other direct channel.

By submitting a purchase order, issuing a payment, or confirming an order in writing, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase.

B2B Platform: Cisco Suppliers operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. We do not sell to retail consumers. All buyers are assumed to be businesses, organisations, or professionals purchasing for commercial purposes.

2. Orders & Quotations

  • Quotations provided by Cisco Suppliers are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices in quotations are subject to exchange rate fluctuations, manufacturer price changes, and availability. We reserve the right to revise pricing if any of these factors change significantly before an order is confirmed.
  • An order is only confirmed when payment is received and we issue a written order confirmation. Verbal agreements or email enquiries do not constitute a binding order.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund of any payment received.

3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted methods: International bank wire transfer (SWIFT/TT), Letter of Credit (LC at sight), bank draft.
  • Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched, unless a specific credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
  • Bank charges, correspondent bank fees, and any currency conversion costs are the Buyer’s responsibility. The full invoiced amount must be received by Cisco Suppliers net of all charges.
  • For LC-based orders, the LC must be issued by a bank acceptable to Cisco Suppliers and in accordance with UCP 600 terms.

4. Product Authenticity & Warranty

  • All products supplied by Cisco Suppliers are genuine and sourced through authorised procurement channels.
  • Products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by product line and are specified in the quotation or product documentation.
  • Warranty claims are processed through the manufacturer’s official warranty programme. Cisco Suppliers assists with RMA initiation where possible, but is not the warranty provider and cannot override manufacturer decisions.
  • We do not supply refurbished, grey-market, or counterfeit equipment. Any allegation of counterfeit goods must be supported by a manufacturer verification report.
Cisco Trademark Disclosure: Cisco Suppliers is neither a partner nor an affiliate of Cisco Systems, Inc. The Cisco name and all Cisco product names are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc. Use of these names is for product identification purposes only.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Cisco Suppliers is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Title and risk in goods pass to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier (Ex Works / FOB Hong Kong, unless DDP is agreed in writing).
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance costs are entirely the Buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on hardware returns, DOA claims, and exchange procedures.

In summary: hardware that is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or incorrectly supplied may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on B2B hardware orders.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Cisco Suppliers’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profit.
  • We are not liable for hardware failures caused by improper installation, incorrect configuration, power surges, or environmental damage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and layout — is the property of Cisco Suppliers or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for product identification purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from transactions with Cisco Suppliers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
