Shipping Coverage
Cisco Suppliers ships enterprise hardware to 63+ countries worldwide. We have active shipping routes across Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe. If your country is not listed on our website, contact us — in most cases we can still arrange delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via the following carriers depending on destination, parcel weight, and urgency:
- DHL Express — Available for most destinations. Typical transit: 2–5 business days.
- FedEx International Priority / Economy — Available for most destinations. Typical transit: 3–6 business days.
- Air Freight via Freight Forwarder — For bulk orders or oversized hardware (servers, UPS units, large switches). Transit: 5–10 business days, port-to-port.
- Sea Freight — Available upon request for very large orders. Transit varies by port (typically 15–35 days).
The carrier is selected during the quotation process and confirmed on your commercial invoice. You may request a preferred carrier where operationally feasible.
Order Processing & Lead Time
- In-stock items: Processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation.
- Order-on-demand items: Lead time is specified in your quotation — typically 7–21 business days from payment, depending on product availability and manufacturer stock.
- Bulk / project orders: Lead times are agreed in writing before the order is placed. Large Cisco orders may require a longer procurement window.
All lead times run from the date payment is confirmed (not the date of order placement). We will notify you if any unexpected delays arise after your order is confirmed.
Tracking & Shipment Notification
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number
- A commercial invoice and packing list (required for customs clearance in your country)
- Any additional export documentation required for your destination (Certificate of Origin, CITES, etc.) where applicable
Tracking information can be checked directly on the DHL or FedEx website using the provided tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Cisco Suppliers:
- Provides accurate and complete commercial invoice documentation (HS codes, country of origin, declared value)
- Does NOT under-declare the shipment value or misrepresent goods on customs documents
- Is NOT responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or holds
- Is NOT responsible for import duties, taxes, or clearance agent fees charged in the destination country
We recommend that buyers in markets with complex customs procedures (e.g. Nigeria, Ethiopia, Algeria, Pakistan) engage a licensed customs clearing agent before the shipment arrives.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight, dimensions, destination country, and selected carrier. Costs are provided in your quotation before the order is confirmed. We do not charge hidden shipping fees — the cost quoted is the cost billed.
For freight (air or sea) shipments, port charges, terminal handling fees, and destination delivery are not included unless explicitly stated as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) in your quotation.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured. If your shipment arrives damaged or is declared lost by the carrier:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or 7 days after expected delivery for lost parcels)
- Provide photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged goods (for damaged shipments)
- We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and arrange replacement or credit after the claim is resolved
